Don't settle for poor connections; choose the plan that's right for you! Whether you need data or a domestic phone number, we can meet your needs! View all plans

Please pay attention to the email address you provided during the purchase! After purchasing the plan, we will send you an email containing the eSIM QR code. Scan the QR code to install the eSIM, or copy and paste the activation details into your phone settings. When performing this action, ensure you have a stable internet connection. (This is required for installation and activation)

After installing the eSIM, go to your device settings, enable data roaming for the new eSIM, and set it as the default data line. Once you arrive at your destination, activate the eSIM to connect to the local network, and enjoy seamless connectivity and unrestricted internet access.

An eSIM card (Embedded SIM card) is an electronic SIM card that can be directly installed into your smartphone or other mobile devices. It is an alternative to the removable physical SIM card you are used to.

In extremely rare cases, the internet speed of your eSIM card may be reduced. This is because telecommunications operators, to ensure fair network usage for all users, typically implement an international measure known as the "Fair Usage Policy." This policy ensures that all users can enjoy the best possible network connection. Such measures are generally only applied for no more than one day. This is beyond the control of ShinkaRoam eSIM. But don't worry!

If this measure affects you, the restriction will be lifted the next day, and you will quickly regain your original internet speed.

Based on your travel destination: country/region and the number of days you plan to use it, customize your eSIM card plan. You can choose data plans ranging from as short as 1 day to as long as 180 days.

If you need to or if you change your phone during your trip, you can install the eSIM card into another device. However, please note that you can only transfer the eSIM card from the original device to a new one. Once you have transferred it to a new device, you will not be able to reinstall and use the eSIM card on the original device.

If you can't find the QR code for your ShinkaRoam eSIM card, just reach out to our 24/7 online support team at [email protected] or through our online chat. We'll get that QR code sent to your email again.

Yes. To ensure that your eSIM card gets the best coverage, you must turn on data roaming in your phone's “Settings”. Once you have installed the ShinkaRoam eSIM card, there will be no extra charges after you turn it on.

The ShinkaRoam eSIM card provides the fastest 3G/4G/5G network coverage. However, in some areas with limited coverage, you may have a slower network connection. The coverage of 3G/4G/5G networks varies in different countries/regions. We're really sorry, but we can't control that.

Yes. You don't need to take any extra steps to keep your WhatsApp number. The system will automatically retain your number, contacts, and chat history.

After purchasing the eSIM card, you will receive a confirmation email containing instructions for installing the eSIM via a QR code or manual code. Please note that once the eSIM card is installed and activated, it cannot be returned.

The China mainland eSIM only provides internet access. It does not include a local phone number for you to make calls or send text messages. However, you can still use applications like WhatsApp to make calls and send messages.

In general, once the eSIM card connects to the local telecommunications network, your data plan will be activated immediately. In some areas, the plan can be enabled right after installation (the ShinkaRoam eSIM data plan will officially start operating after you arrive at your destination). For example, if you purchase a 1-day plan and it starts at 10 a.m., the plan will remain active for a full 24 hours, ending at 10 a.m. the next day.

Of course. Because ShinkaRoam eSIM offers you unlimited data eSIM plans in over 180 countries and regions worldwide, and you can also flexibly choose the number of days to use, as well as many other digital product services.

Your eSIM card will connect to all local mobile network providers that partner with ShinkaRoam eSIM. You can check the details in the “Technical Specifications” section.

We have found that some users of ShinkaRoam eSIM may encounter some unforeseen circumstances after placing an order. If any of the following situations occur, you can apply for a refund:

• You placed an order without confirming whether your phone supports eSIM cards.
• You have canceled your trip or no longer need the eSIM card.
• Under normal circumstances, our eSIM cards can operate smoothly, but if you encounter connection issues, we can offer you a full or partial refund.

After the refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the account you used for payment. This process may take 5 to 15 working days.
For more details and terms and conditions, please refer to our refund policy.

If the electronic device you are using supports the simultaneous installation of a physical SIM card and an eSIM card, then you can use both the physical SIM card and the eSIM card at the same time. In your device, you can choose to use the physical SIM card for making calls and sending text messages, and use the ShinkaRoam eSIM card for network data.
Please note that if you keep the physical SIM card activated, your telecom operator may charge you for data roaming when you receive or make calls, and when you send text messages.

Of course you can. But I'd like to remind you that you don't need to do this, because when your data package expires, your eSIM Data Plan will also become automatically unusable.

You can go to the “Data Settings” on your device to check how much data you have left. Most phones will keep track of the mobile data usage.

Install your eSIM Data Plan before departing for your destination. Upon arrival, simply turn on data roaming to activate your data package. We recommend that you print out the QR code in advance and carry it with you, just in case. Warm reminder: You need to connect to the internet to install and activate the eSIM card.

Of course you can! With the ShinkaRoam eSIM card, you can turn on “Personal Hotspot” to share data with other devices. Please refer to your phone's user manual to find out how to share data via mobile hotspot.

Yes, you can log in to the ShinkaRoam eSIM app, go to "My eSIMs," find the plan, and recharge to extend the data usage.

If necessary or if you need to change phones during your trip, you can install the eSIM card into another phone. However, please be reminded that you can only transfer the eSIM card from the original device to another new device. Once you have transferred it to a new device, you will not be able to reinstall and use this eSIM card on the initial device again.

With the ShinkaRoam eSIM China eSIM card, you don't need to install an additional VPN. We are aware that local providers in China restrict access to some websites, applications, and social media. To save you the hassle, our China eSIM card comes with a built-in VPN, ensuring you can easily access restricted platforms.
